For the first time in our 92-year history, Dudley Perkins Company will be located outside of San Francisco -- though not too far outside.

To better serve all of our customers, we are moving to South San Francisco, otherwise known as "South City."

Only a 15-minute drive from The City, 333 Corey Way is located off of South Airport Blvd. and Utah St. (if you know where Costco is, you'll easily find us). The 2.2-acre parcel is at the end of a cul-de-sac, and has the Colma Creek running behind our back door on two sides of the campus. There is parking on all four sides of the building, which is a two-story, 42,000-square-foot facility.

The first floor -- 22,000 square feet -- will be dedicated to the Service Department.

The second floor of 20,000 square feet will be the home for all of our retail sales -- motorcycles, MotorClothes®, parts and accessories -- and the office. Somewhere on the second floor, Janet and I will find offices on the opposite ends so we can have peace in the family.

Our design goal is to make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door, incorporating design elements from all of our stores over the years. It won't be anything too fancy; just down home and traditional.

We're looking forward to having all of our staff under one roof, and for all of our friends and customers to be able to do one-stop shopping.

And for all of you City diehards, our goal is to have a satellite service facility somewhere in San Francisco within two to three years.
